Robert Gaul

Robert Gaul, Esquire, has investigated and litigated subrogation matters for over ten years. He founded the subrogation law firm of Gaul & Associates, P.C. in the spring of 2007. The firm represents multiple insurance carriers in subrogation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Gaul has extensive experience in all phases of subrogation investigation and litigation. He has investigated and litigated hundreds of subrogation claims throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Gaul has lectured to fire marshals and fire fighters on Fire Investigations and Civil Litigation and is a frequent speaker to insurance carriers on issues involving subrogation litigation and the early investigation of large subrogation claims. He has obtained a seven figure jury verdict and many substantial settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Gaul obtained his undergraduate degree in 1993 from The Johns Hopkins University where he played varsity football. He graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1996 where he was a member of the International Law Journal. He is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and resides with his wife, Cara, in Philadelphia, PA.
