Joe oversees the investigation of all new property losses, managing the process from initial intake through to the completion of post-site examinations. This includes overseeing experts to determine subrogation viability. Joe also focuses on identifying early claim resolutions to expedite recovery for clients.
Before joining Gaul & Associates, Joe represented clients in various commercial and business litigation matters, as well as in product liability and construction disputes. Prior to that, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Jeffery T. Trauger in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University, followed by his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. While in law school, he participated as an oralist and researcher for the Jessup International Law Moot Court team. He also interned with the Office of the Attorney General of Palau, Ministry of the Natural Resources Environment and Tourism, where he worked on environmental legislation matters.
Joe is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Residing in Philadelphia with his fiancée, Joe enjoys exploring new restaurants and cheering for Philly sports teams.
