Kyle Reich, ESQ.

Kyle Reich, Esquire focuses his practice on subrogation claims arising out of large property losses. Mr. Reich joins Gaul & Associates with significant experience investigating and litigating subrogation matters, including the handling of first chair jury trials to verdict. He has been selected as a speaker at the Annual Conference for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), where he has lectured to attorneys and insurance representatives. Mr. Reich was also selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer-Rising Star for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, a designation reserved for the top 2.5% of all attorneys under the age of 40.

In 2011, Mr. Reich graduated from the Temple University Fox School of Business. He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2014 where he completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program – Civil Division. Mr. Reich is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions. He sits as a certified arbitrator in Philadelphia County and is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. His success stories have been published in “Verdict Search.” He currently resides in Haddon Township, NJ with his wife, Danielle, and their dog, Nina.
